Produce Department Manager Full Time Day

We are looking for a Manager to lead a department in a No Frills store in Canada. As a Manager, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Anticipate the needs of customers and put them first.

Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth.

Maintain merchandising and operational standards.

Be accountable for departmental sales results and financial objectives.

Qualifications

Previous management experience in retail or food services.
