As a Produce Lead, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience within the Fruits & Vegetables section across Qra outlets. In line with Qra's mission to make eat well and live well more accessible, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, freshness, variety and presentation of our produce offerings.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about retail and fresh food, with strong leadership skills and a customer-centric mindset. You will oversee day-to-day produce operations, manage inventory and ordering, maintain high food safety and hygiene standards and lead a team to deliver consistent service excellence.
