Department Overview:

The E-money System Department is responsible for the entire lifecycle of system services related to payment services (Rakuten Edy, Rakuten Cash), from service planning, UI/UX planning and implementation, basic and detailed system design, coding, testing, and operation. As services expand, you will gain experience in planning, building, and operating highly scalable systems. You will also have the opportunity to directly hear customer feedback and implement service improvements.

Our Product Group collaborates with business members to develop new services and improve existing ones for the e-money services Rakuten Edy and Rakuten Cash. Many of our tasks directly impact the services, allowing you to see your contributions being used by people in the real world.
