Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead and Principal Producers in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing paperwork, tracking contracts, processing payments, and maintaining documentation in compliance with internal processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up on production matters.
• Contribute ideas and support the development of concepts for shows and events through research and brainstorming.
• Assist in preparing event proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and clients, especially for small to mid-scale events.
• Assist in the casting process by preparing casting briefs, managing schedules, and being present at auditions.
