Product Admin Associate

Job Summary :

Compliance

1. Apply/ Renew compliances with government agencies, which include product certificates, energy labels, exemption certificates and related documents. (DTI, NTC, DOE)

2. DTI: ICC cert and stickers

3. NTC: Type Acceptance Cert

4. DOE: Energy Labels

5. Process compliance related permits with NTC and OMB.

6. NTC: FTI and ELG Dealer's Permit

7. OMB: Multiple Permits

8. Coordinate with Test Laboratories for Safety and Performance tests and pull out test samples.

Administrative Tasks

1. On time handling of payment, liquidation and reimbursement.

2. On time handling of sample shipment, request forms (supplies, vehicle, room etc.)

Qualifications :

1. At least Bachelor's/College Degree related to Quality Assurance or related field.
