Product Advisor for Coffee

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and contribute to the daily maintenance of the boutique appearance ensuring that it is correct. equipment and properly presented.
• Filling the display cubicles with capsules, machines and accessories on a daily basis.
• Provide customer care by welcoming the walk-in customers.
• Identifying their needs that results in the maximization of the sales.
• For customers that are making their first purchase, you will be assisting in opening their account, and assisting them in their selection during their first purchase.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Able to speak fluent English.
• Work as coffee sampling promoter or coffee ambassador before will an advantage.
• Friendly & have sales experience will an advantage.
