We are looking for a curious, analytical, and nimble Product Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to uncover the stories behind product and customer behavior and turn them into clear, actionable insights. This role goes beyond tracking metrics and responding to requests. You will act as a product detective, investigating ambiguous questions, exploring imperfect data, and forming hypotheses to understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to do next. You will also be a storyteller, able to clearly communicate insights and influence product decisions across technical and non-technical audiences. Your work will directly inform product strategy, experimentation, and improvements to the customer experience.
