Product and Marketing Associate

Job Description:

• Maintain and organize product and marketing documents, files, trackers, and databases (digital and physical).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners or suppliers for requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in processing purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and other documentation related to marketing and product activities.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics, materials, and schedules.
• In charge of marketing materials, including requesting, coordinating, organizing, and monitoring the production and distribution of marketing collaterals.
• Support content preparation by organizing assets such as images, copy drafts, and marketing collaterals.
