Role overview

ELLO is building an AI-powered caregiving platform combining hardware, computer vision, and human-centric design.

We’re looking for a Product & Partnerships Lead to own ELLO’s product strategy and roadmap , while working closely with external partners to ensure what we build is grounded in real-world needs - without turning the role into sales.

This is a product-first role . Partnerships exist to inform, validate, and de-risk product decisions.

What you’ll own

1. Product strategy & roadmap (core responsibility)

• Own and maintain ELLO’s product roadmap (near-term execution + long-term direction)
• Translate caregiver, family, and partner insights into clear product priorities
• Write and maintain PRDs in collaboration with engineering
