Duties & Responsibilities

A food ingredient manufacturer requires a Poultry Product Application Technologist to join their team to develop and optimise poultry brine and coating systems through product trials and technical support at customer sites. Key duties will include: Develop and test brine and coating systems for poultry applications. Conduct product trials at customer sites, including set-up and operation of injectors and other equipment. Collaborate with customers to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
