Job Description

                    Reference: CPT -EB-1 
A position has become available for a Junior Product Application Technologist, in the meat industry, in Cape Town.      Duties & Responsibilities  Requirements:
Bachelors/ Master's in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science 
Minimum of 3 years' experience 
Valid drivers license & own vehicle 
Willing to travel to customers in the Western Cape area 
Meat product development & application knowledge 
Experience with processing technology 
Meat industry exposure / experience 
Processing equipment knowledge 
High sensitivity to sensory attributes 
Project management exposure 
Presentation skills 
Responsibilities:TIC Product Development Projects 
Develop plan of action based on request form received from NPD 
Liaise with Sales Representatives and NPD regarding relevant requirement potentially omitted by clien...
