The mission of the Planning Department is to build the corporate sales and inventory plan to entrepreneurially and methodically drive the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing sound product plans to maximize sales while minimizing risk. As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Planning, you will support with reporting and analyzing to enable data‑driven decision making within the Product Division.

THE ROLE

• Leverage historical and forward‑looking insights, combining internal and industry data, to deliver accurate seasonal and long‑term sales targets.
• Provide effective and efficient reports and tools to support & enable driving the business.
• Ensure that we have the right raw materials, in the right quantity, at the right time to deliver on our finished goods plans and minimize surpluses.
