Context and Purpose of the Job


As Product Compliance Manager, reporting to the Head of the Logistics Department, you will coordinate the team, ensuring product conformity with Group standards and international regulations, supporting certification processes, accurate product labeling, and contributing to seamless import/export operations across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Management and updating of the Restricted Substances List (RSL), technical specifications, and testing protocols, in alignment with Group standards and current international regulations

  • Coordination of product certification activities and management of compliance requirements for international markets (United States, Saudi Arabia, India, etc.)

  • Review, control, and adaptation of product labeling (apparel, accessories, and electronics) in compliance with global regulations, including product safety requirements (GPSR) and Extended Producer Responsibi...
