Product Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a Product Compliance Specialist to support our growing Australian retail business by leading supply chain and compliance projects across our global supplier and logistics network.

In this role, you'll drive end-to-end international supply chain initiatives, support 3PL implementations, and ensure products move safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and company standards — while improving service levels and managing costs.

• Lead and support 3PL implementation and supply chain projects from planning through delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across compliance, sourcing, logistics, and suppliers
• Use agile project methods to manage timelines, risks, and priorities
• Track progress against clear OKRs and report updates to key stakeholders
