We’re hiring a

Product Counsel

(first in-house legal ops + strategy hire) to own legal intake, contracts, and security/compliance workflows—working closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and outside counsel.

What You’ll Do

Inbound legal triage (incl. subpoenas)

Be the first point of contact for subpoenas, depositions, civil/government inquiries

Build the subpoena intake → triage → outside counsel coordination process and keep documentation tight

Maintain a simple internal tracker so stakeholders always know status/next steps

Contracts & deal support

Review/draft/negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and strategic partnership agreements

Maintain a lightweight playbook (preferred clauses + fallbacks) to increase deal velocity

Escalate complex/high-ACV negotiations to out...
