The Team & Role

Client Website Services (CWS) supports clients across Ticketmaster Clubs and Universe segments, delivering and maintaining websites for event discovery and ticket sales. The team works across product, development, and client delivery, managing a WordPress platform hosted on WP Engine. The role sits at the center of client experience, owning end‑to‑end delivery of new builds, change requests, and ongoing support.
