Your Job
Terminal Design Engineer is responsible for all phases of the product development, from concept to pre-production, including the multi-disciplinary actions necessary to meet customers’ requirements.

负责汽车高速高频端子的开发全流程管理，从概念设计到试生产阶段，主导跨团队协作，满足客户要求。

What You Will Do

1. Together with Engineering team, perform all related Engineering work such as design concept proposal, technical solutions to meet customer`s requirements in terms of technical performance, schedule, quality, and cost.

与工程团队协作，开展相关工程工作，包括设计概念方案、技术解决方案，确保在技术性能、进度、质量和成本方面满足客户要求。

2. Liaise with other operational functions in Molex (manufacturing plants, supply chain, quality) to make sure proposed design can go seamlessly in production.

与Molex其他运营职能部门（制造工厂、供应链、质量）沟通，确保所提设计能够顺利进入生产。

3. Perform all related Engineering work on RFQ, such as analyzing customer requirements and communicate them with Molex global development team.
