Purpose of Position
Are you looking to make an impact and help shape the user experience for our customers across the globe? We're seeking a Product Design Manager to join Awin in our mission to help customers grow their business online. 

This role is a critical leadership position, working closely with Head of UX. You’ll be responsible for recruitment, influencing change, driving process improvements, and managing a team of designers.

Leading and managing a team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation and continuous improvement
