Position: Product Design Technician – Global Service Engineering

Job Location : Batu Kawan, Penang

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Service Design Technician to join our team to support the service engineering activities for products produced in VAT-CH/MY and supporting service design related activities throughout the product life cycle of product series. It is crucial to ensure all projects are delivered on time. Reporting directly to team leader, you will work closely with Service Design Engineer, assuring that the products from the BU GSE (Global Services) are shipped within committed lead time and meeting all relevant VAT and customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expand & maintain BOM for repair/service engineering: On/Off tool, spare parts & consumables, FPR (Fixed Price Refurbishment), tool and utilities in PLM.
