Instagram Private Sharing is looking for a product designer to join a small team working to define the future vision and strategy for friend sharing experiences in partnership with cross functional partners, with sponsorship from IG Friends leadership.The Instagram Private Sharing team’s mission is to help people connect with friends over what they’re into and what they’re up to, focusing on lightweight, low-pressure sharing formats for a more personal and private experience. The team aims to make Instagram the best place for friends to share and connect daily, especially as user behavior shifts from public broadcast to private spaces. The team supports products like Notes, Map, Instants, Consumer Subscriptions and incubates 0-1 bets. Notes is a lightweight status sharing feature that has driven significant engagement among teens.
