Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead user research with internal operations teams and external client users
• Map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities to simplify interactions
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and UX flows that engineering teams can implement
• Design interfaces that combine human decision-making with automated agent behaviors
• Build clear, predictable interactions for complex tasks such as approvals, risk checks, contract processes and data reviews
• Shape unified patterns for how the platform presents insights, context and next steps
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to iterate quickly
• Advocate for lightweight, intuitive design that replaces traditional corporate UI complexity
