We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our SIMS Next Gen team, who is passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Your role will be to create products and experiences that go beyond simply meeting expectations, aiming to delight users at every step.

As part of collaborative, cross-functional teams, you’ll take on complex challenges, crafting user-centred designs that align with our business goals. You’ll lead design tasks, conduct user research, and develop innovative solutions that resonate with our vision.

We believe in data-guided decision-making, so you’ll bring actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic choices. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that our products are not just functional but enjoyable to use, with a consistent design language.
