Product Developer - Beverage Application

Description

Product Developer will take responsibility from product brief to industrialization. As well as maintaining the integrity of the product, you will champion quality, challenge feasibility and ensure product consistency. You will be managing multiple projects and the critical paths for new ranges, as well as being proactive with NPD and Me2 projects. You are responsible for defining and developing new raw material qualities, production processes and making modifications to existing product and processes to improve overall efficiency and profitability.Working cross-functionally, you will drive excellence throughout the product brief to industrialization process, liaising with internal teams when changes and improvements need to be implemented. You will work closely with the leadership and relevant team to ensure NPD projects are in line with commercial and business strategy, as well as company goals.
