About the role

We are hiring a
hands-on developer
to build and support a
range of digital solutions
across Vantage Africa School of Leadership. Your work will cover internal and client-facing systems—web apps, dashboards, automation tools, portals, integrations, and learning/ERP-related solutions.

What you will work on (core deliverables)

You will help design, build, and maintain multiple solutions such as:

• Web applications & portals
  (admin panels, client portals, staff portals, dashboards)
• Data systems
  (databases, forms, validation, approvals, evidence repositories)
• Dashboards & analytics
  (role-based dashboards, charts, exports, automated reports)
• Automation
