The aim is to address regional issues around water scarcity and soil quality that limit crop productivity. The solution reduces irrigation and fertilizer needs while improving yields, enabling more efficient and resilient farming in desert environments.

We are seeking a Product Development Agronomist with deep experience in crop systems, field validation, and ag‑input product development to support the development of a novel hydrogel‑based agricultural input designed to improve water efficiency and crop performance in water‑scarce environments.
