Product Development Associate

What your typical day will look like

• Drive end-to-end product development coordination and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee ERP (Oracle) management of product data, costing, tracking, sampling, and bulk production updates to ensure operational accuracy.
• Manage vendor coordination to maintain seamless production timelines.
• Enable successful product launches through accurate documentation, system readiness, approvals, and continuous process optimization.

What you need to succeed at this role

• Bachelor's degree with1–3 years'relevant experience preferably in product development/supply chain with strong understanding of costing, and production workflows.
• Analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Oracle/ERP system.
