Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination, follow-up, and handover of new product development processes in the Philippines.
• Maintain a comprehensive product development calendar and tracker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, ideally within the lighting or hardware manufacturing industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic Chinese communication skills are a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
