Product Development Engineer

Role Overview -
Help us build the core platform that powers our AI conversational agents, turning client solutions into scalable, reusable features. You'll architect the foundation for rapid growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building platforms or internal developer tools
Strong PostgreSQL and multi-tenant system design skills
Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript )
API design and developer experience focus
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and async processing
Experience with LLM APIs is a plus

Transform custom client work into reusable platform features, SDKs, and APIs
Build admin dashboards for configuration and deployment automation
Design scalable, multi-tenant database schemas
Implement monitoring and streamline CI/CD processes
