About the role

As the Product Development Head at BESTPAK PACKAGING SOLUTIONS, INC., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's innovation and growth through product development.

In this full-time position based in Meycauayan City, Bulacan, you will be responsible for leading the development and introduction of new packaging solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our diverse client base.

What you’ll be doing

1. Collaborating cross-functionally with the engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to conceptualise, design, and bring new packaging solutions to life
2. Managing the end-to-end new product development lifecycle, from drawing to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
