You will be working in a team that manages development projects for new products within the Nipro PharmaPackaging International (NPI) portfolio, focusing on high added-value products. This role involves product-related testing, scientific studies, and process development projects to implement new products and optimize existing ones.
What you will do
New product development strategy and priorities (20%)
Identify customer needs and market potential
Generate and prioritize ideas based on market demands
Draft high-level concepts and assess technical feasibility
Assess commercial viability and align global requirements
New product development projects (50%)
Support and review detailed project plans for high added-value products
Align with NPI Product Management and involved departments
Coordinate and follow up on project activities
