Product Development Manager

As the Product Development Manager - Insurance at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad, you will be responsible for developing innovative insurance products to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a full-time position based in Selangor, and you will play a key strategic role in driving the company's growth and expansion within the insurance industry.

What you'll be doing

• Led the design and development of new innovative life insurance products and enhance existing products with effective product positioning.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned life insurance product that includes broad and some advanced knowledge of competitors’ products features, benefits, pricing, etc. and their relative positioning in the marketplace.
• Research, gather data and insights and conduct analysis.
