Product Development Manager

We are seeking a commercially‑driven and hands‑on Product Development Manager to spearhead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our next‑generation products. In this pivotal role, you will own the entire development journey from translating market insights into innovative concepts and overseeing design development to managing supplier collaborations and driving successful product launches. You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, sourcing, sales, marketing and business strategy. The position is fast‑paced, requires discipline to maintain quality standards while meeting aggressive timelines, and reports to the Senior Director, Design & Engineering.
