QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field
• Highly hardworking, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within the company
• Experience in product development, R&D, quality assurance, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and product initiatives
• Strong creative and analytical skills to identify product improvement opportunities and support new product development
• Familiarity with product development processes, basic market research, and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Able to work with minimal supervision
