Product Development Specialist

The
Product Development Specialist
is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end product development process, from formulation and testing to production and market launch. This role works closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage timelines, ensure product quality and compliance, and develop competitive, market-ready products that meet customer and business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development, from conceptualization, finalization of formula and release to production.
• Manages day-to-day progress of product.
• Provide marketing information as to the strengths of the products, why we like to launch the product, what makes it unique and all other attributes of the product selected.
