Product Development Specialist

Your Role

As a product development specialist, you design and optimize new and existing product formulations, coordinating with external partners and experts while leading feasibility efforts. You research market trends, engage with key stakeholders and suppliers, and identify opportunities through industry events and insights. You also provide technical and scientific support across departments, preparing documentation, supporting product launches, training teams, and contributing to R&D and regulatory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulation: Develop the theoretical composition of new products or existing products that require reformulation; supervise and coordinate galenic development with external suppliers for new products; reformulate existing formulas with external partners; analyze compositions to optimize formulas; liaise with experts who support formulation; coordinate the feasibility team.
