Product Development Support Coordinator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:

This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the product development team and product strategies for Jostens. Report to the Director of Product Development but support the entire product development team in accordance with the overall merchandise strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create, enter, and perform in season updates to product information in multiple databases
• Support the Product development team across all categories in executing product launches on Jostens.com and with sales team, including JComm and ESO testing
• Be a Liaison to Sales force and CS to address problems, issues, and questions and address them I a timely manner
• Perform general administrative duties for product team as needed.
• Assist with Seasonal projects for the product team, such as market surveys, trend research, and trend boards
