Product Engineer - based in Penang

Job Summary To support new product introduction (NPI), production engineering activities , and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities including prototype builds, pilot runs, troubleshooting, and engineering validation during product transfer to manufacturing.
Work closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production-related issues during product development and ramp-up stages.
Monitor production performance, analyze recurring technical issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
Perform software and firmware version verification for production models to ensure smooth manufacturing execution.
Prepare and maintain production documentation including assembly instructions, work procedures, and process flow updates.
