Product Engineer

The Product Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, production, and continuous improvement of the product throughout its lifecycle. This role serves as a technical bridge between design organization, production, quality, supply chain and customer to ensure products meet performance, cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

• Supports new product introduction or transfer to high volume manufacturing production until the product end-of-life
• Provides technical ownership of assigned product during manufacturing and qualification.
• Collaborates with design organization, production, quality, supply chain, process and equipment engineering teams.
• Reviews, generates or releases engineering documentations (BOMs, drawings, specifications, work instructions)
• Drives product improvements for yield, reliability, cost and cycle time reduction.
• Leads root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for product issues.
