Product Engineer

Product Engineer located in Aguascalientes. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information and documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it while maintaining its design and performance integrity.

• Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.
• Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process, singly or with other engineering stakeholders.
• Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Review product drawings and tolerancing to ensure product performance requirements are met.
