Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize our UHMW-PE molded products, from customer requirements through to industrialization. Working closely with production, quality, and sales, you will help deliver high-performance, reliable, and manufacturable products, while driving continuous improvement in our practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Help define customer requirements and translate these needs into concrete, manufacturable solutions

Design and improve existing products to enhance their performance, durability, and quality

Plan and manage PDC (product development cycle) activities: design, testing, validation, and reviews

Ensure the efficient transition of developed products into production (documentation, testing, and startup monitoring)
