We're looking for an organized, motivated individual to support key Enterprise portal workflows. You'll help deliver Map Viewer features in ArcGIS Enterprise, as well as data management and ArcGIS Arcade workflows. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with Product Engineers and Software Developers - both on our team and across Esri - to identify and resolve issues throughout the software development life cycle. As an advocate for critical end-user functionality, you'll apply a mix of manual and automated testing to ensure we create a quality product that meets user needs. Beyond testing, you'll contribute to technical reviews of product documentation and showcase features through videos, presentations, and other demonstrations.
