Product Engineer

We are working with a well-established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company based in Malaysia, specialising in high-precision and high-reliability manufacturing.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
• Support 
  New Product Introduction (NPI)
   activities, including process planning, tooling development, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability, cost effectiveness, and compliance with aerospace specifications.
• Drive 
  process optimization
   to improve cycle time, yield, throughput, and overall production efficiency.
• Perform 
  root cause analysis
   and lead 
  Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
   for manufacturing issues.
