Product Engineer

1. Product Design & Development

• Design and develop aerospace fasteners (bolts, nuts, rivets, etc.)
• Perform material selection for aerospace applications, considering strength, durability, and weight constraints.
• Develop technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency.

2. Process Engineering & Manufacturing Support

• Work with production and manufacturing teams to ensure fasteners are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Support the development and optimization of hot forging, machining, heat treatment, and coating processes.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for product-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the qualification and validation of new products and processes.
