                    Title 
Product Engineer Supervisor 
 Description Lead a group of product engineers with the responsibilities to develop automotive interior components. Manage multiple assignments and deliver results according to corporate requirements to meet program targets and customer requirements on time. Be a leader who promotes the company core values, acting with sense of urgency, permeating into the group the philosophy of teamwork with transparency and respect.

Coordinate group workload to meet all Program and PDT requirements.
Mentor and coach employees.
Ensure PDP Design and Engineering deliverables are met to schedule.
