Product Engineer

**OBJECTIVE**: Responsible for electrical testing, line improvement, defect analysis, follow-up of market problems, quality and line control, follow-up of new models and current models.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
- Lead the support of test, test and inspection teams.
- Understand and maintain test area procedures.
- Create/modify fit, test and inspection teams.
- Follow new models and current models, creating/modifying fit programmes.
- Monitor production processes and schedules effectively.
- Implement improvements in the production process.
- Training of test technicians
- Train new members and orientate them when necessary.
- Analyse defects and implement improvements to prevent them.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of project or production trends, quality and customer issues.
