Product Engineering Leader

The Product Engineering Leader is accountable for detailed design, analysis and technical justification of the turbofan’s modules, components and parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise Module-level design (Fan, LPC, HPC, Combustor, HPT, LPT, Controls, etc.)
• Ensure technical validation through analysis, simulation, and test results: CAD, FEM, CFD, mechanical, dynamic, … Conduct design reviews (PDR/CDR) to confirm design maturity, resolve technical risks, and validate compliance.
• Define and manage technical maturity gates (PDR, CDR, QR) on engineering aspects supporting the Product Management strategy and milestones.
• Support manufacturing department through DFM/DFA collaboration.
