**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Experience**:
- English 80% or higher (Reading, Written and Spoken)
- At least 5 years experience on electronics circuits trouble shooting, circuits analysis, PCBA repair, commodity and Servers
- Experienced manage Engineering Teams.
- Understanding on Network Topology & Computer networking
- Server troubleshooting and repair knowledge
- Basic Computer programming skills (interpretation of test logs)
- Experience in using Root cause analysis tools (fish bone, 5 Why’s)
- Flexible and Ability to work on fast pace work environment
**Education**:
Electronics or Mechatronics Eng’g Bachelors degree
**Other skills**
Proactive, Open to learn and share knowledge, solid communication skills, self driven
