Job Description



We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our diversified and talented product development team under Renesas Power group. The manager role will not only manage the PE function team but also with hands-on experience to drive the new IC development to ensure it’s manufacturable at high volume with required quality level and throughput. You will also manage a diversified product family to control and improve mass production quality and performance, i.e. yield, quality, cost and throughput.



**Key Responsibilities**



1. Lead and mentor the PE function team to achieve the new product development goal and ongoing product sustaining goal.

2. Full PE product lifecycle ownership from concept to mass production, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of the highest quality products to our end customers
