Product Failure Analysis Lab Technician (M/F/D) - Night Shift

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct electrical tests like circuit continuity checks, signal integrity analysis, or power output measurements.


+ Perform in-depth tests and analysis to diagnose the root cause of failures in products, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and chemical components.


+ Participate in problem solving teams across BW Technical Centers and Plant to identify problem root causes


+ Execute mechanical assessments like stress testing, load distribution analysis, and material failure tests (pull and push tests)


+ Perform Tear down and non-destructive tests analysis (0Km and field Kms)


+ Perform destructive and non-destructive testing methods, such as X-ray inspections, microscopy, and tensile strength testing, soldering/desoldering, lead conditioning, deballing/rebelling, mechanical/chemical decapsulation, package/die level reprocessing, cross-sectioning, and other FA techniques available in the...
