Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in wire & cable production
• Skilled in production planning, process control & manufacturing systems
• Knowledge in extrusion, stranding, cabling & insulation is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting & analysis
• On-site work with flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations
• Hit production targets while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, and regulatory standards

• Must be willing to work 12 hrs. duty (Including OT)
